“Studying business allowed me to see the grave disparities between socioeconomic groups which led me to form this organization”

Caitlin is pursuing her MBA/MS at the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago with extensive knowledge in ESG. An award-winning advocate for social change and dedicated researcher, she has previously provided consultancy services to non-profit organizations through her collaboration with PwC. Simultaneously, she presented research centered around social justice at national conferences and founded the Black Business Student Association at Quinlan. Caitlin remains committed to conducting impactful research while facilitating progress to centers of excellence at her university, with a focus on justice and purpose-driven marketing.

Caitlin attributes much of her success and understanding of the importance of community to her upbringing. "Being raised in a Ghanaian-African household, we did everything together. Community is at the core of our culture. Incorporating the African philosophy of Ubuntu into the foundations of this organization was a big deal for me because it emphasizes the interconnectedness of humanity which is what economic justice is all about."
